Thank you for choosing Printbiller SAAS, operated by Software Bazar. We strive to provide the best print shop management experience. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds, cancellations, and subscription payments.

Since Printbiller SAAS is currently offered as a free service, no monetary transactions are processed through our platform. However, this policy is in place for future paid plans and to ensure transparency.

1. Free Plan

The current version of Printbiller SAAS is completely free to use:

  • No subscription fees
  • No credit card required
  • Unlimited access to core features (invoicing, estimates, customer management)
  • No refunds needed as no payments are collected

2. Future Paid Plans

If we introduce paid subscription plans in the future, the following refund policy will apply:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: All new paid subscriptions come with a full 30-day refund period from the date of purchase.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Refund available within 30 days of initial payment.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days. Pro-rated refund may be offered after 30 days at our discretion.
  • No Refunds After 30 Days: Beyond the 30-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • You cancel within the 30-day guarantee period
  • There is a technical issue preventing normal use of the Service (and we cannot resolve it)
  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, etc.)

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after 30 days
  • Partial use of the Service
  • Third-party payment processing fees (if any)

4. UPI Payments on Invoices

Important: Payments made via UPI QR codes on invoices go directly to your bank account:

  • Printbiller SAAS does not process or hold any customer payments
  • We cannot issue refunds for payments made via UPI
  • Any refund to your customers must be handled directly between you and the customer

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No pro-rated refunds for remaining time (except within 30-day guarantee)
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation for recovery

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@printbiller.in
  • Include your account details and reason for refund
  • We will respond within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
