Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Printbiller SAAS (the "Service"), a print shop management platform operated by Software Bazar ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree:

• To provide accurate information when registering or creating invoices
• Not to use the Service for illegal activities, including tax evasion
• Not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• To comply with all applicable GST and tax laws when generating invoices

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring customer data entered is accurate and lawful
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Content & Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service (invoices, customer details, etc.). You grant us a limited license to:

• Host, process, and display your data to provide the Service
• Generate invoices, estimates, and reports
• Improve the Service (anonymized aggregate data only)

We are not responsible for the accuracy of invoices generated — you must verify GST calculations and compliance.

4. Payments & Billing

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with advance notice.

• UPI payments on invoices go directly to your linked UPI ID — we do not process or store payment details
• Any future subscription fees will be clearly communicated

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Software Bazar. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove copyright or trademark notices

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to user error or technical issues
• Incorrect invoices or GST calculations
• Business losses resulting from use of the Service
• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Engage in abusive behavior

You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
